We currently offer delivery across Pakistan through reliable courier services.

2. Delivery Time

• Punjab: 2–4 working days
• Other areas of Pakistan: 3–5 working days
• Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

4. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders may be delayed if the provided contact or delivery information is incomplete.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through WhatsApp, SMS, or other available communication channels.

6. Incorrect Address or Unsuccessful Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active contact number. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be resent because of an incorrect address or customer-related delivery failure.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please contact Irshad Collection as soon as possible with relevant photos/videos and your order details.
